Job Summary

In this challenging position as Customer Support Manager, you will be managing the customer support activities (mainly email and Chat support) for a fast growing European Digital Services Company.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • To provide email, chat support for international customers
  • Take part in daily stand-up meetings
  • Utilise and build FAQs, Solution Guides and Knowledge Base
  • Maintain up to date and accurate process documentation Compile requirements for IT for new developments
  • Support requests from senior management

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience for senior role (preferably international support)
  • Fluency in English. Additional language is an advantage
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Self-driven and goal orientated + strong organizational talent.
  • A positive can-do attitude and collaborate with international teams
